This company has some serious QA issues. I ordered a red Big Daddy Adirondack Chair, when it arrived is was broken in several places. Not cool and disappointing. I realized this was probably a FedEx issue. I called for a return & replacement, which arrived in a timely manner. There was one problem, the box was marked "red", but the Adirondack chair inside was not. I reached into the box to remove the contents and discovered the chair was actually black because my hands were smudged with wet black paint. That's right, the "black" chair had been packed & shipped prior to the paint (wrong color mind you) had even dried. I will buy product locally so I can insure the quality is as promised.

With Big Daddy name, I was expecting something a little larger than the normal chair. Instead it was smaller than most I have owned or seen.

Great looking chair however it is made with cheap wood. Broke one of the arms within first week just by sitting in the chair. The original packaging had the wrong pieces and a new chair had to be sent out. Customer service took care of me but it was still an inconvenience. Great chair if you don't have a lot of money to spend but you better pamper it and make sure anyone who uses it does as well.
