        The chairs are very comfortable and smaller than traditional Adirondack chairs. Because they are light they are easy to move around. It appears they are made from a combination of solid wood and composite. Upon assembly a chunk of the side support broke off at the screw. It took a visit to the hardware store for wood putty to repair. Time will tell how they hold up in the elements.

        I just bought and assembled these 2 weeks ago. The thick, shiny paint is already cracking, exposing the unfinished wood underneath. It rained once and temperatures have been in the low 60's. I am sending these back, as they surely won't last a whole season.
