Very low to the ground; appears larger in photo; actually petite.Missing hardware made assembly a hassle.If purchase was from local retailer, definitely would have returned. However, items too bulky[...] to disassemble and return.Disappointed is an understatement.

I order two units. I was excited to see the quality and over all finish. Then I started the assembly. The arm parts came built backwards. [...] So I got 4 chairs, and this weekend I'm going to cut and drill to be able to assemble them. I recommend buying a chair that is assembled or supplied locally. Overall, very disappointed. Plus now I get 2-3 emails a week from the company. Insult to injury...

The pros of the chair outweigh the cons. I will order 2 more when they are on sale again. Assembly was tough. Screws at bottom at back of base need a cap of some sort. Chair is super cute, comfortable, and I love how it wipes clean. It does creak a bit when getting in and out of but no big deal. For this price it is a great chair.
