Constructed of high-quality, #1 grade Southern Yellow Pine, this chair is protected by environmentally- and family-friendly pressure-treated preservatives that give it a lifetime of weather resistance. All nuts, bolts, and screws have a hot-dipped galvanized coating, and all nails are stainless steel for additional protection against the elements. A curved comfort back and a contoured seat make it extra relaxing.
If you'd like to prolong the life of your chair, we recommend staining with a transparent stain or similar protectant. Due to the pressure treatment process this wood has undergone, painting this chair with solid color paint is not recommended. If left untreated, this chair will weather to a beautiful silvery patina grey over time.
