The "burnt" finish on these pieces look fantastic on our new deck. The first chair was a little difficult to assemble but after that the other ones went together easily. Adding some weatherproof pillows and flowering plants really set everything off. It will be interesting to see how this "burnt" finish weathers. So far I've been able to clean off the pollen, etc., with our battery powered blower. Overall, very pleased with the look and comfort of the pieces.

Good Chair for the Price

I'm not sure what these other reviewers are doing wrong but dude, seriously, just spend the time to read the directions carefully and then you'll have no problem putting the chair together.

I'm not sure what these other reviewers are doing wrong but dude, seriously, just spend the time to read the directions carefully and then you'll have no problem putting the chair together.

Overall, I am pleased with what I got. The biggest plus about this chair is the burnt wood look and it is light so I can pick it up and move it around very easily. The only con I would mention is that I imagined it to be slightly taller. I am 6 feet tall and I fit in it just right to give perspective.

I am planning on painting them with some type of a weather proof coating in hopes that they will weather well. I found them very easy to move around.         This chair comes unassembled but, fortunately, one needs only a screwdriver (preferably powered), half a brain and 10 spare minutes to assemble. It's comfortable and lightweight, and the best part of this is the burnt brown finish. [...]The downside is that the wood is easily damaged and a bit flimsy, which may limit its durability over time. But, for the price, durability may not be a reasonable expectation. Be sure to note the dimensions if you need to bring this through a doorway. Mine barely made it out my door to an upper deck, as this unit does not fold.
