    I received the four items and three of the four were damaged. When the boxes arrived they looked like they'd been drop kicked across a parking lot somewhere with punch holes and the boxes had torn & busted corners. The boxes don't look new so I'm guessing they were in the warehouse in this condition. One chair has a bad ding, it's not structural, but since it was the first piece I opened and assembled I just rolled with it. In retrospect, I wish I hadn't finished the assembly. The bench is completely unusable. When I opened the box I could see where the front of the bench was crushed so I didn't bother going any further with that piece . The wood on the table is split in two places. I have contaced the company to get return authorization and would be interested in trying another bench and table as I love the look of the set. I'll update this later to inform others about the company's customer service. The ordering process was easy and user friendly and the delivery time was spot on. Because of this I hope to do business with this company again in the future.
