Brazilian Cherry-Adult Slat Rocker

This oversized rocker is made of Brazilian Cherry, a wood that is denser than teak and can be left unfinished to weather to a rustic grey color. An oil preserve can be applied to the chair in a warm, light cherry color to keep it looking the same as the day you bought it. Some assembly is required.

Buying a Hinkle rocking chair means you're getting a time tested design that will last for generations. For five generations, since 1834, the Hinkle family has been making quality hardwood furniture in the same location in Springfield, Tenn. What started with ladder back chairs has evolved to include rocking chairs, and since 1932 the Hinkle family has been producing chairs full time. By 1948, Hinkle Chair Company had 16 full-time employees that could produce an incredible 200 chairs per day. By 1996 Hinkle Chair Company built two new facilities to keep up with production.
